The core

What we assess to protect you.

Over a billion data points processed every day, through thirteen lenses in three modules, into alerts with a next step on your team's board. Tap a module to see what it watches.

THE CORE / KNOWLEDGE BASE

Every lens feeds one knowledge base. What passes your alarm levels lands on the board as a task.

Who they are, and what is said about them.

  • Reputational risk
  • Stakeholder risk
Open Integrity
Task ManagementEvery alert a task, by ISO 31000

Eleven lenses make the score. Commodity and currency markets alert, but are not in the score.

How it works

From one spreadsheet to an alarm you can act on.

Drop in the suppliers you already know, choose how loud each lens speaks, and every alarm lands on your team's board with why it fired and what to do next.

An example of onboarding in the Intellens app, playing in a loop. The supplier table starts empty. The import template is downloaded, filled in with one line per address and dropped back onto the page. Intellens reads 63 suppliers in 22 countries, 22 of them direct: most direct suppliers are in Europe, with others in the United States, Brazil and Vietnam, and the companies behind them reach into the Americas, Africa and Asia. Each one is placed on a map from its address. Intellens suggests an industry, currency, commodities and an ABC spend class from the annual spend in the file, and finds the officers and owners of each supplier. After a review, Confirm and Upload moves the suppliers into the table with their ABC classes, and their first overall risk scores appear on a 0 to 100 scale where higher is worse: most very low to low, two medium and one panel maker in Spain high at 63. One click on Smart apply sorts 20 of the 22 direct suppliers into three groups: wood and lumber, textiles and leather, and packaging. The view then moves down to the whole supply chain: you at the top, the 22 direct suppliers under you, and the 41 companies behind them, deeper in the chain, at any depth. Five of those sit behind more than one direct supplier. A forced-labour report names Curtume Coxim, a tannery in Brazil two steps down. It travels up through Conceria Olmetta to Ekholm Garveri, the direct supplier it reaches you through, and lands there as one alert: overall risk up from 22 to 26, a change of 18.2 %. Back in the supplier table, Ekholm Garveri shows the alert, and the globe shows its chain with the alert on its site. All companies are fictional.

Why Intellens

Where Intellens is different.

Six things you get from the first day, on every plan.

  • The alert lands on the building

Every site of every supplier sits on the map. A fire, a flood or fighting is measured to the site, not averaged over a country.

  • Any tier, not only the first

Your suppliers' suppliers, at any depth. Risk found deeper in the chain flows into the score of the supplier it reaches you through.

  • Every alert has a next step

Each alert names the supplier and proposes what to do, then lands on the board as a task with an owner and a due date.

  • Your alarm levels, not ours

Calm, Balanced or Strict for each lens. You decide how loud it gets, so the board holds what matters to you.

  • Prices on the website

Plans from 1,000 EUR a month, every lens included. No sales call to find out what it costs.

  • Data sovereignty

Application, database and files run in the EU on a European-owned cloud, under EU law and GDPR. A data processing agreement is available.
